Gianni Strino (Italian, 1953)

Gianni Strino was born in Naples, Italy where he currently resides.
After completing his studies at the Neapolitan Artistic Lyceum, he enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture, but attracted by the fascination of the pictorial arts, he gave up studying and dedicated himself, full-time, to painting.
A still life and figure painter, Strino knows how to treat his light and shade with an absolutely sure technique. His works today express the unique maturity of his talents.
Though he is constantly seeking new expressions in art, Strino's art always sticks to the fundamentals of painting: exquisite drawing, composition and color. Today his works are found in numerous prestigious public and private collections throughout Italy and America.

Dmitry Brodetsky (Moldovan, 1976)

"Painting and art in general have captivated me since I was a child. It all started as a mere game, but it later became a means of communication. Painting is actually the only communicative channel still available to me today.
That's because I am not a social being, in the sense of taking reality as it is and simply complying with the prevailing, mainstream rules.
I am in constant denial of everything that's ugly and evil in the world, and my protest gains substance in the paintings I create".
