Paul Cézanne al Museo Ermitage di San Pietroburgo


Le opere di Paul Cézanne (1839-1906)🎨, a cui è dedicata la sala 410 dell'Ermitage di San Pietroburgo, presentano l'opera di una delle figure principali del post-impressionismo, dai dipinti del 1879-80 alle opere degli ultimi anni della sua vita.
Tele di vari generi sono state eseguite nella maniera matura dell'artista.
Ci sono Smoker (circa 1890-1892) e Still Life with a Curtain (circa 1894-1895), una delle opere più significative del pittore in questo genere.


Tra i paesaggi ci sono pezzi famosi come The Great Pine vicino ad Aix e Mont Sainte-Victoire (entrambi circa 1896-1897).
Gli ultimi lavori qui sono Lady in Blue (circa 1900) e Blue Landscape (circa 1904-06).

The works of Paul Cézanne (1839-1906)🎨, to whom this hall - 410, is devoted, present the oeuvre of one of the chief figures in Post-Impressionism, from paintings of 1879-80 to works from the final years of his life.
Canvases of various genres were executed in the artist's mature manner.

There are Smoker (circa 1890-92) and Still Life with a Curtain (circa 1894-95), one of the painter’s most significant works in this genre.
Among the landscapes there are such famous pieces as The Great Pine near Aix and Mont Sainte-Victoire (both circa 1896-97).
The latest works here are Lady in Blue (circa 1900) and Blue Landscape (circa 1904-06).
