Ada Breedveld, 1944 | Naïve painter

Ada Breedveld was born in The Netherlands, in Dordrecht and brought up in Rotterdam.

She has lived and worked in Amsterdam since 1983.

Ada is a self-taught artist. Since childhood, it has been her lifelong aspiration to become an artist.

Perseverance paid off and her work is now recognized in the world of Art Naïf.

Paul Cézanne (1839-1906), così come gli altri pittori vissuti durante gli ultimi decenni dell'Ottocento, all'inizio della sua carriera non esitò a far riferimento alla rivoluzione impressionista.

Gli alfieri dell'Impressionismo - pensiamo a Monet e al primo Renoir - per ritrarre la realtà in maniera più realistica, si affidavano ai fenomeni percettivi della luce e del colore, rapportandosi a quello che volevano dipingere in maniera soggettiva, ovvero basandosi esclusivamente sull'impressione fuggevolissima e irripetibile suscitata nei loro sensi.

William Turner | Il pittore della luce

Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775-1851) è stato un pittore ed incisore Inglese.

Appartenente al movimento romantico, si può dire che il suo stile abbia posto le basi per la nascita dell'Impressionismo.

Nonostante ai suoi tempi fosse visto come una figura controversa, attualmente è considerato l'artista che ha elevato l'arte della pittura paesaggistica ad un livello tale da poter competere con la maggiormente considerata pittura storica.

Anche se è diventato famoso per le sue opere ad olio, Turner è anche stato uno dei più grandi maestri britannici nella realizzazione di paesaggi all'acquerello.

È conosciuto con il soprannome di Il pittore della luce.

Alberto Pancorbo | A Master of Surrealism and Romantic Realism

Born in the city of Soria (Spain), Pancorbo begins to paint from a very early age in his native city. At the age of 18 he transferred to the city of Barcelona with the ultimate goal to dedicate himself only to painting.

In 1980 he became an exclusive artist of Sala Gaudi (Barcelona), which exposed his paintings for the first time in the international fair of art of Basiela (Swiss).

Il Prof Dr. Ashraf Abdel Mohsen è un artista ed un architetto futuristico che ha fondato la CUBE Consultants, uno studio di architettura con sede in Egitto, nel 1990.

Oltre a dirigere la sua azienda, Abdel Mohsen è anche professore di architettura all'Università di Ain Shams.

Tra le più importanti realizzazioni sarebbero lo sviluppo del National Theatre, Khufu Avenue e la piazza, il Fustat Open Museum, la Nuova Capitale Amministrativa ed infine Città di Tutera.

Ivan Slavinsky (Russian painter, 1968)

Ivan Slavinsky is a contemporary artist born in Leningrad, Russia.

As a son to an art historian mother and a well-known Leningrad painter-Dmitry Oboznenko, it could be said that Ivan was destined to be an artist from an early age.

In his own words: "I was about 5 years when I felt tired of making the same old stuff.

I noticed a nice picture on the wall a reproduction of Raphael and decided to make a copy of it".

Georges Rochegrosse | Pittore accademico orientalista

Georges-Antoine Rochegrosse (1859-1938) è stato un pittore ed illustratore Francese.

Studiò pittura con Alfred Dehodencq e poi entrò nell'Académie Julian, negli atelier di Jules Joseph Lefebvre e Gustave Boulanger, passando infine all'École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts.
