Pierre de Clausade (1910-1976) è stato un pittore premiato Francese del XX secolo.

Nato a Parigi nel 1910, Clausade era contemporaneo di Picasso, Braque e Matisse, ed i suoi dipinti di nuvole hanno una qualità e unicità innegabili.

Nel 1943 tiene la sua prima mostra a Parigi che si rivela un grande successo.

Ulteriori mostre si tenevano negli anni successivi con gli stessi risultati e la sua fama si diffuse rapidamente in tutta Europa fino all'America.

Ha esposto a Boston, New York, Rio e San Paolo.

Clausade espose regolarmente alla Société des Beaux Arts ed era membro del Salon d'Hiver.

I suoi dipinti sono entrati in molte collezioni illustri, tra cui quella dell'ambasciatore brasiliano e dei musei di belle arti di Boston e Minneapolis.

Pierre de Clausade is an award-winning 20th Century French painter.

Born in Paris in 1910, Clausade was a contemporary of Picasso, Braque and Matisse, and his cloudscape paintings have an undeniable quality and uniqueness.

In 1943 he held his first exhibition in Paris which proved to be a great success.

Further exhibitions were held in the following years with the same results and his fame quickly spread throughout Europe to America. Here he exhibited at Boston, New York, Rio and Saõ Paulo.

Pierre de Clausade exhibited regularly at the Société National des Beaux Arts and became a member of the Salon d’Hiver.

His paintings entered many distinguished collections, including that of the Brazilian Ambassador and the Boston and Minneapolis Museums of Fine Art.
